NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual general meeting of the members of Bishop Hall Jubilee School Alumni Limited will be held at China Star Seafood Restaurant (華星海鮮酒家) at 2/F., Energy Plaze, 92 Granville Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon on 7
July 2012 at 7pm for the following purposes:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements and reports of the Executive Committee and Honorary Auditors for the year ended 31 March 2012;
2. To elect Executive Committee members; and
3. To appoint the Honorary Auditor for the coming year.
